  2. Free return: We make sure that your return is processed without any additional costs. For large items delivered by freight, we make it even easier for you - we organize the pickup right at your home.

  3. Full refund: Once your return arrives and has been checked, you will receive the full purchase amount back. Of course, we will inform you by email as soon as your return is completed.

Important notes for a smooth return

  • As-new condition: Please ensure that the item is as-new, shows no signs of use, and is in the original packaging with all accessories.

  • No unpaid shipments: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that are sent collect. But don't worry - the return is free of charge with us anyway!
